Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your Full Name
• Reason for Cancellation (Optional)

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

• Orders that have already been shipped.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Digital products or gift cards (if applicable).
